A mystery adventure series for 8-12 years old kids

Dreamland Dawn is an original IP I created that currently only exist in graphic novel form. It is published by Adventure Press, the largest comic publisher in Quebec. It tells the story of Dawn, the clever and ambitious apprentice of the Sandman who grows up in a world in which dreams have become an industry, and discovers that running it is a bit of a nightmare. Dawn has one blue eye and one green eye, and her green eyes grant her the power to dive into other's dreams. It is unknown where this ability comes from as Dawn is adopted and raised by a single mother, and her origins are a mystery.

It takes place in a fictional town called Sunshine Hill that suddenly became connected to a strange place called the Dreamland. Creatures called Spirits, inhabit this strange new land and to them, human dreams are a source of energy like nuclear energy is to us. To prevent war from breaking out, the Sandman, a genius inventor from the Dreamland, decide to build on top of the breach that connect the two worlds,
a Dream Reactor to produce energy which can benefit both side. 62 years later, both humans and spirits now work hand in hand inside the Reactor, as relationship grow and cultures mixes. There is now a dream vacation resort fo human who want to visit the Dreamland and spirits are opening up small business in Sunshine Hill. A kind of stability as been reached, though some tensions remains...
